Before getting a more bullet proof solution with SpamAssassin and postfix for Sunrise ADSL and Sunrise Mobile IP addresses that are being blacklisted spamhouse.org I did it the hard and wrong way.
On the RIPE's database search site I found all the network ranges I required and mangeled them through sed to extract all the networks by searching for SUNRISE-ADSL as the keywork. As of this writing I ended up with the following list of ranges as shown below.
The target system was a debian install which stores local.cf under /etc/mail/spamassassin. But there is a neat mechanism where one can add a file like this 99_sunrise-ips.cf and it will be picked up. This was the configuration file:
